Efforts to Limit the Spread of COVID-19

Here you can find the changes we are making, as they are made, to help fight the spread of COVID-19. We are all in a uncertain time as things are constantly shifting, so check back here frequently to get updated on how we are handling it. Operating Hours have been changed to:

Monday – Thursday    10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday – Saturday    10:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Sunday    1:00 – 10:00 PM

Knoxville Operating Hours:

Monday – Saturday   10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Sunday   1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We have reopened our showrooms and are maintaining vigilance to limit the spread of the virus. Only 10 customers are to be in the showrooms at any given time.  Dressing rooms are closed until further notice. All sales at this time are final.

We are still offering curbside delivery to limit the amount of contact between customers, as part of social distancing. This helps limit the amount of contact for all parties involved, making for a much safer transaction. The employee will make sure to sanitize the product as well as wear a face mask to protect the customer as well as themselves.

We have deeply cleaned all of our stores, taking care to wipe down frequently used surfaces throughout the day, to limit the possibility of the virus lingering on surfaces. Employees are being vigilant to wash their hands after every customer interaction.

We are now accepting phone orders at each location as an alternative to shopping online! Visit your preferred store and call the number to tell the employee what you are looking for and we will help you find your new favorite product.
