Return Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue credit card refunds. If you are returning a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped product to us within 30 days, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Items bought from the Intimate Treasures located in Florida are subject to the return policies of those respective stores. We do not return merchandise purchased at those locations, nor do they return merchandise purchased from ours.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept satisfaction returns. However, we have real-time Live Help/Personal Shopper advice available during normal business hours. Our Intimacy Consultants/Sales Associates are trained and qualified to answer your questions and help you with your purchasing decisions. Live Chat is located on the bottom right of window.

Novelties
All Novelty items are inspected & vibe checked in store before being shipped to you. This is so we can verify we are selling a correctly functioning product just like we do when you purchase from one of our brick & mortar locations.

Novelty Returns :

  • Item must be defective
  • Item must be cleaned/washed
  • Item must be in original packaging or sealed in a clear plastic bag
  • For products such as Kits that contain multiple items in one package you must return ALL items not just the defective one.
We Do Not Accept Any Returns on the Following Novelty Items:
  • Silicone dildos
  • Non-Vibrating Glass, Stainless Steel, Metal or Wood items
  • Condoms
  • Lubricants
  • Panties
  • Menswear
Lingerie Returns:
  • Product tags & panties must still be attached in order to exchange lingerie
Body stockings, Hosiery & Packaged Outfit Returns :
  • Items have to be visibly not worn
  • Packaged outfits must still have panties attached
Seasonal Items :
  • All exchanges must be requested & shipped 7 days prior to the holiday.
  • Halloween items must be postmarked by Oct. 24 2015
  • Christmas items must be postmarked by Dec. 18 2015

Please follow these steps for returning a product:

1. Please email sales@intimatetreasures.net with the following information : order #, damaged/defective product name or SKU # & the reason for return.

2. Customer service will contact you within 48-72 hours with return instructions and a call tag to ship the product back.

3. Prepare your return package. All returns must be in their original packaging or sealed in a clear plastic bag (novelties only) in order to be accepted.

4. Mail your package to us. If you were issued a prepaid mailing label, affix this to your package and return your package to us.

Intimate Treasure's gift cards are non-refundable.
